Is problem with reconnect to network when I turn off my wireless devices (my computers or ipads). When I turn off wifi on my laptops and turn it on in a moment connecting to network is fail. I should wait couple of minutes and connection is possible. I'm using the newews version of Gargoyle (it based on Backfire)on TP-Link 1043ND.

Which backfire revision is this gargoyle build based on?

comment:2 Changed 6 years ago by anonymous

I don't know but I think the newest because today I'm install newest version of gargoyle with all patches from Backfire. I know it's hard to say but I think is rc5

maybe this is a bug in the wifi driver on the laptop - or does the ipad have the same issue?

if you want to try a newer openwrt backfire snapshot, you can find it here:

I don't think so is problem with wifi drivers on laptop because I have three laptops with difference wlan cards and ipad and on all devices is the same. You got me some link to Backfire, I think is the same wich I get now on my device but I have with Gargoyle GUI because I see the date of release 12 Aug. My Gargoyle is 13 Aug.

I can say is the same. But I have the same problem with older Backfire (Gargoyle) too.

Your Gargoyle build may be from 13 Aug, but does it use the SVN version from that date?
Does it show the OpenWrt svn revision somewhere?
