You're not providing the information that you were asked for. The logs that you provide do not show any error messages. Including the contents of /etc/config/wireless would also help, maybe it's just misconfigured.

I rebuild the firmware with this patch https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?pid=82972#p82972 and replacing regulatory.bin from http://datatomb.de/mirror/stuff/regulatory.bin All channels are now available on 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz .

I would just like to point out that this is known and stated on the front page in the "Backfire 10.03.1 final" post and in most or all of the 10.03.1 RC posts:

Known Issues:

  * Most open tickets at the time of the final builds
  * Various 5GHz channels may be locked due to lacking DFS support and other regulatory requirements

Not sure if this is a legal issue or not, but if that's the case then of course you're on your own to "fix" it.
