pptp error leads to router reboot

Periodically pptp client reports

anon warn[decaps_gre:pptp_gre.c:324]: short read (-1): Message too long

After that router immediately reboots.

More symptoms:
It happens particularly when pptp carrying connection is lost, not in this router, but in the upstream router (this one doesn't know about the loss by itself).

Another symptom: most often it happens when ssh or rdp session is started from client on near side of the pptp tunnel. MPPE compression buffer overflow on heavily compressed streams? MSS clamping concern?

BTW, how to promote the ticket for it to have higher priority?
