mount.cifs: mount error: cifs filesystem not supported by the system

x86 router

after upgrade to kernel 2.6.37.6 I recieve this error:

mount error: cifs filesystem not supported by the system

on previous kernel all work.

kmod-fs-cifs already installed.

Check your kernel log for cifs errors related to crypto-hash. I think there is a new cifs dependency in 2.6.37.6 on kmod-crypto-hash. Try installing kmod-crypto-hash.

installing kmod-crypto-hash not help:

kernel log not contain any error about cifs.

kmod-nls-base and utf8 already installed (for vfat)

and previuosly all work without ANY crypto modules!

after upgrade to 25 apr trunk mount.cifs work.

I thnk dependemcies for crypto and nls must in packages description

Seemed to be an intermediate issue

crypto only required for the "Guest" account, nls can be avoided too, but I don't remember how. Also cifsmount using "mount -t cifs" instead of mount.cifs
