I have downloaded the firmware from this link
openwrt-ar71xx-pb44-kernel.bin,openwrt-ar71xx-pb44-rootfs-jffs2.bin these are two files i flashed in the board using fis create command.
The following commands i have used

load -r -v -b 0x80500000 openwrt-ar71xx-generic-pb44-kernel.bin -h
fis create -b 0x80500000 -e 0x80064550 -r 0x80060000 -l 0x120000 vmlinux

load -r -v -b 0x80500000 openwrt-ar71xx-generic-pb44-rootfs-jffs2.bin -h
fis create -b 0x80500000 -e 0x0 -l 0x600000 rootfs

What is your board configuration ?

In my board the flash chip is not detected. From log messages i found its shows as 64K size

Could you check if the flash chip on the board is labeled and if yes, post its name? It looks like it gets misidentified.
