missing package libncurses DEPENDS when building package libmysqlclient

Description

When selecting Libraries --->libmysqlclient the make world fails with error:
checking for termcap functions library... configure: error: No curses/termcap library found

selecting Libraries --->libncurses solves the problem

tested with several target

Hmm, it already depends on libncurses in the Makefile, how did you select that package? In menuconfig or was it enabled by some other tool?

I actually ran into the same build failure while testing the mysql-server package. It looks like the PKG_BUILD_DEPENDS dependency was not pulled correctly.

The test is:
svn
make menuconfig (do nothing or select a target)
make world
make menuconifg -> select libmysqlclient (*)
make world -> failed
make menuconfig -> select libncurses (*)
make world -> OK

on ./package/feeds/packages/mysql/Makefile the patch
