Are you sure your RAM is working fine? Looks like a weird issue to me.

The Edimax BR6104KP has only 16Mb RAM.
So boot logging (or dmesg) should show

Yes i am sure. Ram is absolutely new and from an orginal package. Proof of that, it is working ok is normal work is the device if I set device at 16 MB. Electrical connection of this ram depended on adding one wire to adres line a12. I checked it sevetal times. enabling 64 MB will improve efficiency of the device br 6104 kp.

it was BR6104KP/16MB . Now is BR6104KP/64MB.

I forgot about size of ras addres and cas addres in procesor registers.
Mybe it resove problem - (kernel detect an not write to the top memory)
