Fix parsing of datetime received from phone

I've also added patch for fixing datetime parser in gammu (Ticket #0001256 for gammu package, hope they'll fix this in next version).

It's useful to restore router hw clock after reboot when internet connection is absent.

gammu requires libcurl which was not added as a dependency, but still does not compile with it. Also it requires cmake which was not marked as a RequiredCommand in the package makefile. Can you fix that?

Hi,
Is someone still working on this? I tried to build this for AVR32 NGW100 platform. It fails when cmake tries to find libm.so. I'm still looking for a solution and asked the devel mailing list for help. But unfortunately, no answer.
Did this ever work for a certain platform? I have the feeling that it will currently only work when you try to compile it for your host platform.
(Note that I managed to build the package with some hard coded trickery).
