You will likely want to use --disable-stdcpp when you ./configure and build GNU ucommon. This will give a very tight embedded optimized profile for building both ucommon and sipwitch. You also will then not need (or likely want) libstdc++ on the target platform when you do this. You may also want to play with the --with-components option of ucommon since you do not need to build any of the extra libraries when using ucommon with sipwitch. In the future sipwitch will use the secure component library, however.

Well, I did not think or see that anyone had done a package makefile yet. I know how to make sipwitch build correctly for embedded targets, but not openwrt packaging offhand. To me, it looks something like a ports-like build system for packaging things, with a controlling makefile. I could try to come up with some baseline packaging based on what I have seen done for other packages in openwrt, but it's possible I may not have a chance to do so for a few weeks as I am traveling shortly.
