rtl8366rb switch driver

comment:1 Changed 8 years ago by andrew at advancedtechnologies.com.au

Ive attached a new rtl8366rb switch driver, made from the rtl8366s driver and my first rtl8366rb static driver.

Patch is against trunk r19826

Ive only tested the vlan function. If users could test and report on the LED and MIB functions or any other bugs.

If a dev could comment on the best way to get into trunk. I'm unsure if it should stay as a separate driver or incorporated with the rtl8366s driver using ifdefs.

Changes to the rtl8366s driver include

  • Around half the register values change
  • about 4 functions are modified
  • 2 structures are changed
