power led blinking

Description

Hi,

I'm using WHITE RUSSIAN (RC5) on WRT54GL.
I can't give you much more information than the lower led sometimes is blinking endless.

Is this a defined behavior?
Or maybe some undefined error?

If you need any information, let me know. I'll give you.

The power led blinks on power up and is changed to solid after the firmware has booted. The blinking is done completely in hardware and should not be seen as an error.

If anything, it means that you've changed something in bootup preventing it from setting the led solid. There is not enough information here to diagnose any issue, and this bug was filed against the RC5 release. We are at 0.9 now.

I have the same problem and I am using 0.9.
The hardware I'm using is wrt54gl 1.1 and this behaviour appeared after I accidentally uninstalled uclibc from the web interface...the web panel became totally unopenable and by ssh I received errors like "ipkg not found" or "wget non found" when trying to reinstalla uclibc. Then I rebooted and the power led blinks without end...neither resetting the router worked.Anyway in "some" way..something works: I'm currently connected to the router by lan port1 and on lan port2 I've connected my wag200g and the router redirected the laptop I'm using to dhcp on the wag200g on port2 (while the wrt54gl was set to act as a dhcp server). How to solve?

I'm the same as before.
I solved using this method: http://voidmain.is-a-geek.net:81/redhat/wrt54g_revival.html flashing again OpenWrt 0.9.
Hope this helps you too!
