/etc/fstab isn't populated, nor is /etc/mtab created

Description

It would be helpful if /etc/fstab was created and populated on first installation. This helps if one wants to do things such as mount / -o ro,remount (you don't have to add "-t jffs2", nor the device). Also useful to make /etc/mtab a symlink to /proc/mounts.

I think these files are unnecessary and only eat up precious flash space.
