change webif to use a different password than the root account

I really dislike that my config password is sent in the clear if I use the webif, and that it is the same as the root ssh password.

I realize that using SSL to secure the web server interface is probably too big of a problem (and too expensive in terms of flash space). But another solution would be to allow keeping the ssh interface (more) secured by having seperate passwords for the ssh and web interface.

You can change it manually in /etc/httpd.conf if you like...
