PCMCIA yenta Support broken in kamikaze-snapshots

Reported by: anonymous Owned by: developers
Priority: high Milestone:
Component: kernel Version: Trunk
Keywords: yenta pcmcia Cc:

In the daily snapshots for kamikaze is the PCMCIA yenta Support
broken, will say, the yenta module is not build & packaged up to the kmod-pcmcia-core. Only the ds modul is build. So UMTS cards are not working on wrt54g3g with daily snapshots.
For the moment using kmod module from stable branch is only working.

I found the problem in /trunk/package/kernel/modules/ and compared with final relase file. in the snapshot branch simply the yenta-lines are missing. why ?

  • Milestone changed from Kamikaze to Kamikaze 8.09.1

No idea why, can you please submit a patch that fixes the issue for you ?

In trunk the yenta module is in package kmod-pcmcia-yenta.

Do you have a problem with the 8.09 branch and yenta support?
