#4908 closed defect (invalid)

unmarked dependency between busybox and libc

Description

I am referring to this thread in the forum:
http://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?pid=85484

It happened to me as well, so I ran ldd on busybox:
root@router-casa-andrea:/# ldd /bin/busybox

libcrypt.so.0 => /lib/libcrypt.so.0 (0x2aabe000)
libm.so.0 => /lib/libm.so.0 (0x2aae3000)
libc.so.0 => /lib/libc.so.0 (0x2ab00000)
ld-uClibc.so.0 => /lib/ld-uClibc.so.0 (0x2aaa8000)

Apparently, some features are not happy with uClibc and insist on the real deal. How do I go about identifying the culprit?

Culprit of what, what you're showing is perfectly normal...

Did you check the thread? Busybox had, and possibly still has, an undeclared dependency on libc.
