I had to kill miniupnpd and start it again (restart does not work) in order to resolve this problem.

Problem no longer seems to occur in 8.09.1, but this need to be verified by someone else.

Bug still exists on 8.09.1. Message can be triggered by disabling the ppp0 device from LuCI's Network/Inteface page

I got it with trunk r24683. It happens after I change the wifi transmit power, and i have to restart miniupnpd to make it stop. The err message appears every 30 seconds.
P.S. I`m not sure if i had to open a new ticket..

Perhaps miniupnpd should be stopped whenever a network interface goes down and restarted whenever a network interface goes up.
