Webif CSS uses physical measurements for fonts

Description

The webif.css file uses 'pt' size (a physical measurement, like centimeters) for fonts, which has been deprecated for some time. The better alternative is to use relative font sizes by way of 'em' or percentages. The below patch fixes this.
