Routing problem Kamikaze Openwrt

Description

Hello,

I don't know if this classifies as a bug but I'll try explaining the problem.

Using Kamikaze on Asus WL-500g Premium I can only get about 44-50 Mbits Routing, while with Oleg's firmware I achieve 88 Mbits.

The only difference seems to be the bt44 driver versus the et.0 original driver + patches.

Any plans to change the driver or improve the routing speed ?

Replying to blogic:

I don't know if I understood correctly the question.
This is Oleg's firmware: http://oleg.wl500g.info/
I like OpenWRT better because of its ease of working with and high flexibility but I'd enjoy seeing it route a bit better (closer to Oleg's version).

Thanks.

  • Resolution set to wontfix
  • Status changed from new to closed

We will not revert back to the binary et driver, and support for brcm-2.4 will soon disappear.
