dnsmasq uses filterwin2k by default, which blocks SRV records needed e.g. by XMPP

Description

According to http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3920, sections 14.3 and 14.4, XMPP (Jabber) uses SRV records to discover XMPP servers for domains, which don't have an A record pointing to the jabber server. Unfortunately, dnsmasq blocks them when filterwin2k is enabled, which was quite surprising to me.

This is also mentioned in the FAQ at http://wiki.openwrt.org/OpenWrtDocs/dnsmasq#head-5f6429eb052321362f41733a09649f0361e2829a for breaking SIP phones.

From the dnsmasq example config file:

---

Uncomment this to filter useless windows-originated DNS requests which can trigger dial-on-demand links needlessly. Note that (amongst other things) this blocks all SRV requests, so don't use it if you use eg Kerberos.

---

So, if this option is only enabled to prevent dial on demand, then it should probably only be enabled while the router is offline.
