kmod-ppp on AR7 is not being written to fs image.

Very recently, something has changed in the building process with respect to the kmod-ppp package; it is not longer installed to the file system image during the build process. Instead, one has to install the packaged *after* flashing the image to the unit. The lack of this module causes all kinds of dependency issues when trying to load pppoatm.ko, and if one needs the ppp interface to be up before getting additional pacakages, then you have a chicken and egg problem.

The last changeset that I tested where this problem did not occur is r8577. Another user is, I think, seeing the same thing here:

Could this issue be related to the KernelPackage/ppp changes in in r8591 ?
