Description

Sorry about Verizon blocking email from Germany. It explains why I have trouble getting access to the www.openwgt.org and berlin sites. I have a non-verizon email account you could try to reach me (rth@…). Here is information you requested from 2.6 kernel version 3008. I also tried the same test on the 2.4 Kernel version 3013 with similar results. Could this be a hardware difference with my wgt634u? (I have several of them, the only difference I have noticed is the screws on the bottom are now philips head rather than the torx). How about an environment difference? I would love to get this device functional ... I have a radiant floor water pump program and heat pump application running on an old (version <2800) 2.6 Kernel wgt634u ...

I plugged in another Linux device into the LAN port 4 and was not assigned an IP address. Manually assigning the address still did not result in any pinging success. But I do see the TX and RX packet counts changing on the vlan1 ifconfig, previously I never saw the RX count change from zero.

Let me know if there is additional information you need.

Thanks!
