PL2303 USB-serial problem (GPS BU-353)

Description

Hello all.

On Trunk r49114 /dev/ttyUSB0 doesn't appear, so I can't run gpsd and receive gps data. Using OpenWRT 12.09 and 14.07 works good.
Image is x86 generic, running on USB drive on Alix 3D3.

Same problem with BlueNEXT BN-903S (cp210x USB-serial converter)

Probably the usb to serial drivers are not installed by default. You can build your own openwrt image with them included or install them with opkg.

That was what I did, selected kmod-usb-serial in order to reach kmod-usb-serial-pl2303 and kmod-usb-serial-cp210x, no luck. Also, all the packages needed to get gps working on OpenWRT 14.07 are also present on locally compiled OpenWRT and installed.
