contain data structure from linux kernel 4.x where fwnode introduced and should be removed from kernel patches-3.18 chaos_calmer branch

HOW TO REPRODUCE:
select bcm53xx and try to build openwrd/gargoyle

Successful build after remove commit 'git revert da3997fc2dc9e2c88323b60cff1b30dc087867de' for chaos_calmer branch.

git revert da3997fc2dc9e2c88323b60cff1b30dc087867de 

 ./scripts/feeds update -a && ./scripts/feeds install -a &&  make defconfig && make menuconfig && make -j 2

P.S. configuration with usb2 support
