Component: base system Version: Trunk

Description

Hello
I'm using OpenWRT CC rc1, I done a full reset config: I intend to apply extroot with a USB drive to extend /overlay, but due to the low capacity available, is just impossible install necessary packages (block-mount, kmod-usb-storage, kmod-fs-f2fs).

My device is TP-LINK TL-MR3020v1 (4MB,squashfs fw)

FWIW I was able to get my TP-LINK TL-MR3020v2 (v2, not v1 as in original submit) to install block-mount, kmod-usb-storage, and kmod-fs-f2fs only after a full factory reset and those where the first tasks I did. Didn't leave much space though.

Also I was unable to actually use the f2fs partition as an overlay because the /sbin/block tool doesn't understand how to detect a f2fs filesystem type. The libblkid-tiny in OpenWrt fstools hasn't been updated with all the filesystem modules OpenWrt supports.

libblkid-tiny: http://nbd.name/gitweb.cgi?p=fstools.git;a=tree;f=libblkid-tiny;hb=HEAD

upstream libblkid with more superblocks: https://git.kernel.org/cgit/utils/util-linux/util-linux.git/tree/libblkid/src/superblocks
