WNDR3800 WAN port can't work on some situation

Description

the router‘s wan port should be set as static ip,i have tryed AA,BB,CC(trunk) and some people builded firmware,but it seems no help,
the problem is complex beyond my learning,any bove mentioned build is work fine in DHCP or static ip(192.168.x.x),whcih means as my secend layer router.
i also have a mode WR841N(8M ROM, 64M RAM),which will be replaced by WNDR3800.it works fine in the static ip given by isp.
i have log file.anyone can solve it...thanks..
