NSLU2 lost USB Functionality moving to 3.14

Description

It seems that USB functionality was lost on the Linksys NSLU2 ("Slug") between r43463 and r43464.

On a standard build but including the usbutils package, on r43463 you get:

# lsusb
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub

but on r43464 you get

# lsusb
unable to initialize libusb: -99

BTW, r43464 is when 3.14 support was added for ixp4xx devices.

with current trunk this works fine (you need to have both kmod-ohci-pci and kmod-usb2-pci installed):
