hostapd.sh doesn't allow 64-char hex psk

Description

If you try to use a 64-char hex psk with wpa2 then /lib/wifi/hostapd.sh thinks you are trying to use
a passphrase, not a literal key. It
generates the /var/run/hostapd-ath0.conf file
with the "wpa_passphrase" keyword not the "wpa_psk" as it should. Appended is a quick fix that looks
for a psk of exactly 64-bytes and then uses the wpa_psk keyword.

A similar problem also exists in /lib/wifi/madwifi.sh. This was reported in ticket #2703, together with a patch suitable for that file, but that ticket has been closed as a "duplicate" of this one.
