hostapd gets killed with multiple atheros cards

Description

Hello developers,

I use kamikaze on a wrap with two atheros mini-pci cards.
The /lib/wifi/madwifi.sh script kills all instances of hostapd
in disable_interface(), regardless of interface number. So, when
I configure ath0 as ap and disable ath1, hostapd gets killed at once.
Even when I just enable ath1 without further config hostapd gets killed,
apparently the disable thing is called for every interface.
So I have to remove every statement referencing wifi1/ath1 from /etc/config/wireless
and then it works. Well... partly, because bridging won't work, but that'll be another ticket. ;-)

Regards,
Marc
