Reported by: ctusky Owned by: developers
Priority: high Milestone: Barrier Breaker 14.07
Component: kernel Version: Trunk
Keywords: iptables, xt_account Cc:

Description

I only know a little bit English, following is the translation to, mainly to see the code, simple to describe my problem:
When I want to use iptables account to count the internal address flow, found that although I compile time iptables-mod-account module and its subsidiary, but in the use of problems.
The following is a list of the environment and my commands, or whether the account here do not use that name?

root@OpenWrt:~# cat /etc/openwrt_release
DISTRIB_ID='OpenWrt'
DISTRIB_RELEASE='Bleeding Edge'
DISTRIB_REVISION='r43100'
DISTRIB_CODENAME='chaos_calmer'
DISTRIB_TARGET='ramips/generic'
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION='OpenWrt Chaos Calmer r43100'
DISTRIB_TAINTS='no-all no-ipv6'

root@OpenWrt:~# opkg list-installed | grep account
iptables-mod-account - 2.5-1
iptaccount - 2.5-1
kmod-ipt-account - 3.14.18+2.5-1

root@OpenWrt:~# cat /etc/modules.d/ipt-account
xt_ACCOUNT

root@OpenWrt:~# find / -name "xt_ACCOUNT"
/sys/module/xt_ACCOUNT
/sys/module/x_tables/holders/xt_ACCOUNT

root@OpenWrt:~# '''iptables -m account -h'''
iptables v1.4.21: Couldn't load match `account':No such file or directory

Try `iptables -h' or 'iptables --help' for more information.

Before my environment, the last one is I want to force command, it is obvious that iptables can't find account?

Thanks.

it's a target (-j ACCOUNT), not a module (-m)

please have a look at the original documentation here:
