tp-link 4300 v1.7 hangs on reboot

with the revision 1.7 openwrt hangs on reboot (not in 100%).

Tested with 14.07 and trunk from 17.10.14.

Only 1.7 has this bug, with hardware 1.6 this is not reproduceable.

Can you tell me how to debug this? What information do I need to supply to help?
