Description

With dnssec enabled dnsmasq starts but fails to server DNS addresses on boot. turning off dns (option dnssec 0) restarting dnsmasq and then turning dnssec back on gets dnsmasq working again.

Does your router have an RTC? Otherwise you might need to add some IPv4/IPv6 addresses to /etc/config/system replacing the x.openwrt.pool.netp.org entries.

DNSSEC has a circular dependency here. If your NTP-entries are in the form of domain names it will use DNSSEC to verify them but that doesn't work without a semi-accurate clock, thus you need to resort to using IP-addresses here.
