with below demsg emerge,My station can not get connection with this AP. restart wifi cannot make it right, the only way to fix it is reboot the device. that's totally a trouble, my build trunk is 41808

this is a huge bug at mt7620n wireless driver

I don't think this is a mt7620n issue. I get a similar same issue on a plain x86 board with ralink pci card attached (used as an AP). Can you post a full dmesg (or at least the ralink chipset) and your kernel version?

I'm getting it on 3.10.44 with chip:

Thanks. Looks like we have different ralink chipsets but are using many of the same drivers to control them. Namely:

rt2x00lib
rt2x00mmio

Dear, to reproduce it is so easy, with great pressure to wireless network by downloading some big file like 160GB, to let it run , and see to console for the problem happen.

Hi,

This issue seems rather common. I'm getting "ieee80211 phy0: rt2x00lib_rxdone: Error - Wrong frame size 0 max 3840" as well as hangs of WLAN functionality. The issue happens every time after a couple of minutes of high WLAN utilization.

I'm running BARRIER BREAKER (14.07, r42625) on Fonera 2.0N.

Hello. I have Nexx WT3020A and TP-link TL-WR3040. Both experience the same issues when uploading larget file using wireless.
Following is the kernel trace from device log, when the bug occurred. One or more wifi clients (n-standard usually) disconnects and is unable to reconnect until I reboot the device. Other clients work with no issue and continue to work further. I am usint OpenWRT build form OnionWRT (OpenWRT r43032).
Any advice?

I have same issue with Edimax 3G-6200N. I wanted to use Barrier Breaker. I have tried also some night builds of Chaos Calmer and the issue is there.
