asterisk18-app-sms package miss 'smsq' helper binary

As for debian, the package asterisk18-app-sms missed the 'smsq' helper binary; i've fired up a similar bug for debian some month ago: .

I've added the proposed patch (look at to the 'patches' dir in OpenWRT asterisk 1.8.X package, and smsq get bult, but to get it packaged seems to me that more effort are needed, and really i'm a newbie on the OpenWRT build system.

Note that, without 'smsq' helper, the app SMS() is of little or no help, because the effective SMS routing is done only by the helper... the SMS() dialplan app work only on the receiving side, enqueuing SMS on the spool.

because of the upcoming release of Barrier Breaker this will not be fixed within Attitude Adjustment. The SMS application helper will be available in Barrier Breaker release or within any trunk snapshots.

SMS application helper should be fully functional. As for the current state, it should be available as separate package for asterisk-1.8.x, and it should be as a part of app-sms for the asterisk-11.x package.

It would be nice if you could test it.

I am so sorry, I forgot to add patches that enables smsq in utils. It should be ok, I have added those patches in this commit.
