Fixed with http://luci.subsignal.org/trac/changeset/10286 .

You can workaround it on your router by issuing the following command via ssh:

wget -O/etc/config/luci http://svn.luci.subsignal.org/luci/trunk/modules/base/root/etc/config/luci

After downloading that file you need to reinstall luci-theme-bootstrap.
