add /etc/inputrc
to enable use of home/end/del/ins/pgup/pgdn keys in console

I was in a mood to give this one a try :-)

The first four keys apparently work in a Barrier Breaker standard install which uses BusyBox/ash v1.22.1. Page up/down not, but rolling through history with arrow up/down works.

Regarding being 8-bit clean. Umlauts apparently work, too, but the file system is not up to it. The last of these four lines was created by typing b l and then using tab completion.

As about all of this stuff is solved (or obsoleted) I vote for closing this bug.
