Mikrotik RB91x extremely high ethernet packet loss

I'm testing the recently committed support for the Mikrotik RB91x devices on a RB912UAG-2HPnD and I'm getting extremely high packet loss on the gigabit ethernet port.

Smaller packets seem more likely to make it through than larger ones. Wireless works fine.

Same problem here.
Unable to do wget2nand, download stuck at 7%

We have sam problem, and from our tests we saw that ethernet is on auto or 1000 baseT, it has 3-7% packetloss. When link is on 100baseT we even had up to 95% packet loss, and on 10baseT there is 100% packet loss (even with small packets).
