Hey Guys,

Im trying to star using OpenWRT on my TP-Link TP-WDR3500 (I got it from a friend in second hand), he had OpenWRT already pre-installed, but he didn't configure it properly, so a thought i would have a go, had to reset it, because i didn't have the password, got that part done, then a tried to install Luci, and it installed, but when I try to start uhttpd (/etc/init.d/uhttpd start) i get this error:

/etc/rc.common: line 1: procd_add_reload_trigger: not found

When I go to the IP address through the browser, I get:

The process did not produce any response.

Can you help me?

Thanks in advance.

  • Resolution set to not_a_bug
  • Status changed from new to closed

You installed an uhttpd package that was built for a newer version of OpenWrt. If you use trunk snapshots, upgrade your image to the latest snapshot version. If you use a release make sure to use the correct repositories tailored for it.
