Intel Centrino Wiless-N 2230 support not complete

Description

Hi everybody,
I'm trying to get Intel Centrino Wiless-N 2230 working in x86 compilation.
I have:

CONFIG_PACKAGE_kmod-iwlagn=y
CONFIG_IWL2030_FW=y

in the main .config file but the system do not recognize the card.

I have CPTCFG_IWLWIFI=m in the compat wireless .config file. It is configured from the mail .config file.

I looked in to the sources of compat wireless drivers and saw that the support for this card is enable only if you have enabled CPTCFG_IWLDVM option too in the .config file of compat wireless.

So I'm asking how to enable it from the main .config file?
If i set it in the file under the compat wireless driver it is overwritten every time i make from main dir going back to CPTCFG_IWLDVM not set.

Thank you
Regards

kmod-iwlagn is in: package/kernel/mac80211/Makefile

afaik you add config symbols there or with a patch file later
KCONFIG:= CONFIG_IWLWIFI

Hi,I'm going to try Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 work on my x86 system
I got same issue in trunk,then I found that 7260 and 3160 devices need the CPTCFG_IWLMVM=y option.and also I try to modify sources of compat wireless .config.but it didn't works.

So,I try modify kmod-iwlagn in:package/kernel/mac80211/Makefile to append iwlmvm part.

Now it works. Hope to fix it ASAP.
