in trunk have many ipv6 error,but i haven't use ipv6

Description

the transmission daemon log:
daemon.err transmission-daemon[3641]: Couldn't connect socket 133 to 2001:0:5ef5:79fb:34e0:765:4b8e:9802, port 22881 (errno 22 - Invalid argument) (net.c:286)
....

and other software have some error with ipv6

Developers should set the message level to 0 in .conf by default
