when using list devices on network or SIP devices on network it says this error along with Bad Gateway. netdiscover shows in the list of process's.

Disabling SCAN_WAN fixed the error and results were printed. If there are no devices on the WAN found, it should atleast return results of SCAN_LAN.

I have no idea what you're talking about. The report doesn't even mention what component this happens in.
