firewall3: iptables.c: undefined reference to libip6t_icmp6_init

Reported by: syzop@… Owned by: developers
Priority: normal Milestone:
Component: packages Version: Trunk

Description

Latest trunk, during make V=s:

CMakeFiles/firewall3.dir/iptables.c.o: In function `fw3_init_extensions':
/root/wifi/dev/trunk/build_dir/target-mips_r2_uClibc-0.9.33.2/firewall3-2013-05-23/iptables.c:59: undefined reference to `libip6t_icmp6_init'
/root/wifi/dev/trunk/build_dir/target-mips_r2_uClibc-0.9.33.2/firewall3-2013-05-23/iptables.c:60: undefined reference to `libip6t_LOG_init'
/root/wifi/dev/trunk/build_dir/target-mips_r2_uClibc-0.9.33.2/firewall3-2013-05-23/iptables.c:61: undefined reference to `libip6t_REJECT_init'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Since I don't use IPv6 I did this as a quick hack:

//      libip6t_icmp6_init();
//      libip6t_LOG_init();
//      libip6t_REJECT_init();

then it compiles.

didn't run it yet, though. obviously if those functions are actually used they are now uninitialized and then I'm screwed. Note though, I don't use IPv6.

Is this an error that should be fixed, or can I fix it properly on my end?
