LAN Ports go down when port forwarding is switched on

Description

Hi !
I have a TP-Link TL-WR741nd version2.3

It is configured as a WLAN-client and on the LAN-Ports a PC is connected.

When i insert a Port forwarding rule via the Web-Interface e.g. TCP Port 5900 sould be forwarded to the PC, after a few minutes the LAN Connections drop. No IP adress is assigned anymore.

When i am doing the same in /etc/firewall.user like this :
iptables -t nat -I PREROUTING -i wlan0-1 -p tcp --dport 5900 -j DNAT --to 192.168.99.155:5900

everything is fine.

I have now flashed it once again (original Firmware, then the factory - squashFS Upgrade File).
Now the issue with the non working lan Ports is gone.
Port forwarding still isnt working. Maybe i am doing something wrong.
The router seems to work stable now.
Some small issues with the webinterface seem to be there still.
(e.g. if you delete all ntp servers and add new one, the old ones are still there)

Correction :
After new flashing, the problem with the LAN Ports is still there.
But it is sporadic. (Sometimes after a few seconds, sometimes after an hour)

I get a message in "dmesg" like this :

[ 3367.010000] eth0: tx timeout
[ 3367.010000] eth0: link down
[ 3367.070000] eth0: link up (1000Mbps/Full duplex)

No data over LAN Ports anymore.
When i do a ifconfig eth0 down and ifconfig eth1 up
it is working again. (or /etc/init.d/network restart)

I am (almost) sure, with 12.09-rc2 this problem wasnt there.
