#12992 new defect

Configuring LEDs not working.

Reported by: anonymous Owned by: developers
Priority: normal Milestone: Barrier Breaker 14.07
Component: packages Version: Trunk

Description

I can't get the LED on my TP-Link WR703N to work. I'm using the same config that I used in older version of OpenWRT.

I basically want the LED to come on 'if/when' the eth0 is 'up' - fairly simple.... What I have is that the LED is always on, even if there is no ethernet cable connected :-(

I have the following in my /etc/config/system file;

config 'led' 'lan_led'

option 'name' 'LAN'
option 'sysfs' 'tp-link:blue:system'
option 'trigger' 'netdev'
option 'dev' 'eth0'
option 'mode' 'link'

Can anyone help?
