Wired network disconnects when wireless turned on for Linksys e1000 v1

Description

On the Linksys E1000 V1, when wireless networking turns on, the wired network disconnects.
This is because GPIO 3 turns on all ethernet LEDs and physically disconnects them as long as it is on (the status light on the other side of the wire goes off).
As far as I know, only GPIO 0, the WLAN light, should be affected by the wireless; therefore no other GPIOs, including number 3, should be affected.
This is fixed by changing the GPIO masks and the like in the b43 wireless driver.
This may not affect other 47162-based products, though (the patch only checks for this), so the patch may need to be modified to check for this router only (and possibly the hardware-identical ones too).
(The mask etc. may be able to just be read straight from nvram; however I do not know how NVRAM works, what devices have it, etc., and so did not do any of that).
As far as I know this is the last thing required to have E1000 V1 working with the trunk.
I previously sent the patch to the devel mailing-list; however I got no response so posting here :-)

This should be fixed in r36476.

I think the gpio handling in b43 is wrong and should be done in a different way than it is done now.
