5G 40MHz multi-SSID instability and disconnects

Description

On DIR-825-B1 and on at least one WASP board (patch in progress for OpenWrt) there is an issue with multiple SSIDs (at least) when there are multiple SSIDs on both radios of a dual band router, and both radios in set to some HT40 mode.

The 5G radio (but not 2.4G) constantly flip-flops between 40MHz and 20MHz (or rather using InSSIDer one sees 40 MHz then 20 MHz, but that may be a loss of radio, but not for long enough for it to actually be removed) and clients constantly get disconnected (and if set to autoreconnect, they reconnect and disconnect constantly).

My colleagues will probably the ones to gather more information, or maybe have possible patch, but I can't make any promises.

This problem is present before AA and exists with AA-rc1.

This appears to only be an issue for the upper channels (149-161) at least for US.
non-DFS GB (the lower four channels, 36-48), and those same lower channels are fine for US as well.

please test current AA or trunk svn, it should be fixed now

as of AA r35090 this is fixed on channels 149+153 but not 157+161 (that is 149+153 appear to operate correctly, however in InSSIDer 149+153 continue to flip-flop between 20 and 40 MHz operation despite no other BSSIDs (than the router itself's multip BSSIDs).

The connectivity issues related to this are resolved with trunk, however InSSIDer still shows flip-flopping between 20 and 40 MHz bandwidth. At present I do not know, however, if this is real or an artifact of something InSSIDer does. This is not a high priroty item, so ite might be some time before I or a colleague can check on the actual 20/40 being used.
