We're aware of the problem. We'll not update the 12.09 builds to contain it, the next build iteration will have it.

Replying to jow:

we're looking for this feature for a large-scale deployment, so we'd like to know if waiting is an option, or we should better look for another platform in order to plan accordingly.
what's your ETA of a build that includes this feature?
will it be in trunk, once 12.09 is released? (ETA?)
what's the problem? just packaging, or a real bug underneath?

The next build is due in one or two weeks. There is no underlying problem, ebtables was just disabled in our build scripts, it was forgotten to adapt it to the current release.

thanks. enabled ebtables, compiled own image, flashed, works!
