ar71xx: ar9331 ATH0 tcgetattr bug

Description

Tested on ar9331 with trunk (r32117) with digitemp package.

With digitemp, error is observerd:

To clarify the situation. This bug does not appear to be in digitemp, which is a package we employ for connecting sensors on our nodes, but is in a function that employs tcgetattr, which appears to cause the problem and renders serial port useless for non-UART protocols.

Please make it a priority as it is vital for data collection in at least one mesh network.

In addition, I cannot control the parity for ttyATH0. I seems, that it always is ODD, if parity control is enabled.

It won't work due to hardware limitation. The digitemp package tries to use 6 databits but the UART of the AR9331 supports 8 databits only.
