it happens when i start utorrent at my pc with settings:
max connections 20
max peers at torrent 10
and 1 download at time

speed for downloading is 1100 kbps, but it can be more.
i tried to use mtu 1400 and lower, but it don't help.

when i don't use torrent everything works normal.

We with topick starter tried to reproduse bug in laboratory witch we just set up. Network where router attached to has significant unicast UDP/TCP storm and we can not to eliminate this storm. Storm is the huge torrent traffic witch is addressed to another hosts of ethernet segment (src/dst mac address is not the router mac). We have attached PC and write 2Gb tcpdump log file (with -s0 option). Then we tried to reproduse bug with tcpreplay. We can not reproduse bug in laboratory on the table but in real net it is reprodusible all the time :-).

One strange thing that I found: tcpreplied traffic has not mac of the router but ifconfig eth1 on the router shows RX packets and even dropped packets. How this can happend ? All packets were addressed not to the router MAC (!).

So may be this is driver bug ? Driver path alien packets to the CPU, no ?

It was caused by half duplex mode.
Thу equipment of my provider leaves much to be desired, so competence of provider staff is too low.
So every evening it is about 6 megabytes per second unnecessary traffic and when I try see something in internet it cause my traffic. I think it's overload chip.
