upnp daemon does not start at boot if the pppoe interface is still down ( 32035 trunk )

Description

after booting, if the pppoe interface is still down, the upnp daemon ( configured via luci ) will not start, nor try to start itselft at a later time.
log:

Jun  4 23:08:46 gateway user.notice upnp daemon: external interface not found, not starting

the upnp service works if manualy started after the pppoe interface is up.

Line 106 is missing a space, should be:

Issue has been fixed in the July 5, 2014 build
