I have tried an old kernel ver 2.6.39.4 and it works!

What target is this?

What kernel version is this?

Did you use a snapshot build, or did you compile it your own? If the latter, did you have kmod-video-pwc already enabled when building the image you flashed, or did you enable it later?

tp link 3420, compile it trunk r31477
kmod-video-uvc already enabled when building the image flashed

trunk r31244 is ok

Same here, same error. My uvc compatible webcam not working in r31471. It worked flawlessly in r312xx.
